HOW WE WORK

How we work with our clients

To ensure the best possible outcome, we encourage our clients to be actively involved in the creative process.  This is mutually beneficial; for us as a graphic production team, and for the client, allowing the presenter to go to trial with confidence.

Upon contacting Court Graphix, a Graphics Consultant will set up an appointment to meet with the client and evaluate the case at hand.  On arrival, a confidentiality agreement will be signed by both parties to ensure privacy and confidentiality of the matters involving the case.

After a careful analysis, the Graphics Consultant will determine if the case at hand meets the standard requirements for Court Graphix to provide support for your case.

If your case meets the standard requirements, Court Graphix will then submit a Project Proposal/Estimate, followed by a project contract, upon acceptance of the Project Proposal/Estimate.

The Court Graphix Retainer Agreement/Project Contract will outline the scope, its extent, expected deadlines and costs associated with the project at hand.

THIS CONTRACT/AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED BY BOTH, THE CLIENT AND COURT GRAPHIX TO BE BINDING.  A predetermined deposit amount will be required from the client prior to Court Graphix full engagement and support of the case at hand.

Court Graphix will then meet with the litigation team to establish a presentation strategy, theme and determine how and when focal key points should be presented.

Court Graphix will then request all necessary evidence, photos, documents, and other case related materials, to create a presentation suitable for the case at hand. – An itemized project inventory receipt will be given to the client for the materials provided to Court Graphix for content creation.

(For a general HOW-TO guide about submitting project materials to Court Graphix please go to the Technical Specifications Sheet by clicking here).
